Our four-month package is a simplified way to structure services and pursue health. We recommend this four-month commitment for anyone experiencing a complex health issue, and the package can be renewed as needed. The four-month package includes appointments to decide and order testing, decide and order treatments, and coaching to help you implement the protocols prescribed. Additionally, Dr. Ruth is available to answer your questions via portal messaging through out the package duration. A single appointment is also an option, usually best for reviewing past lab work that was done through other providers, getting a second opinion, or simply as an annual check-in.

** We are a small part-time practice. Appointments are typically offered on Wednesdays, in-person or virtual. Scheduling the day/time of your appointment(s) is done via text or email. Once you've established the day/time of your upcoming appointment, then use the "purchase here" link to pay. We also accept Zelle.
